Seniors who have paid their dues are welcome to come to Mrs. Banas' room (201) during homeroom, second period, fifth period, eighth period, or right afterschool to sign the senior hoodie "07" template.
If you have not paid your dues due to financial hardship, you need to come and talk to me or Dr. Kresse. We can't help you if we don't know there's a problem. Right now, the assumption is 10-12 seniors have just chosen not to pay.

Senior Trip Success!!!
Thanks to all of the seniors who went on the senior trip for their exemplary behavior while on the trip. You guys were a joy to chaperone. Thank you to Mr. Peter Klein (Eric's dad), Mr. John McTigue, and my husband, Mr. Bill Banas.

SENIOR TRIP MEETING REMINDER
There will be a mandatory meeting for participating seniors and their parent/guardian on Thursday, January 18 at 6:15 p.m. SHARP in the Auditorium of City Honors. Airport rules, behavior expectations, a behavior contract, liability forms, and medical forms will all be discussed, distributed, and returned. The meeting will end just before 7 p.m. so that interested seniors may attend the senior financial aid seminar in the school cafeteria.
If a student cannot make the meeting, they must find a time to meet with Mrs. Banas. If a parent/guardian cannot make the meeting, they also must schedule a time to meet with Mrs. Banas before the trip. Mrs. Banas' email is: ebanas@buffaloschools.org.

New information from you guidance counselors:
*Check the Scholarship Folder located in the guidance office for scholarship information. New scholarships arrive daily!
*If you need transcripts sent for scholarships, you must provide your counselor with a STAMPED, addressed envelope.
*Stamped, addressed envelopes along with your MIDYEAR REPORT FORMS need to be turned in as soon as possible. If you have turned in the forms, but not the stamped addressed envelopes, please give them to your counselor as soon as possible. We need them before Jan. 22, 2007.
*If you receive ANY type of scholarship, we need a copy of the AWARD LETTER. Even if you do not plan to attend the college you have been given a scholarship to, we still need a copy of the AWARD LETTER. We also need to know of any other scholarships you receive.
***WE would like to know if you have been accepted!!! Please come down and fill out an ACCEPTED NOTICE so it can be posted outside the principal's office.
